Which links to include on the main page?

This thing is growing, and it will keep doing so. We need to decide which links need to be on the main page, put those there, and keep a bigger list with all the links somewhere else. The official site and the forum are obvious, as well as the subreddit I think (since Notch is known to read and occasionally post on it). The rest i'm not sure about, but I do know we don't need links to three different russian sites. I started experimenting with a list a while ago on User:Ose/Sandbox/List of 0x10c fansites. Feel free to discuss both what should be on the main page, and what the complete list of sites should contain.

Add a link to DCPUWorld?

Hi. I run DCPUWorld.com, a site where I'm trying to aggregate and post news about DCPU-16 (and a lesser extent 0x10c in general). I was curious if it would be appropriate to link in the Community template?
